Trip Deposits and Payments

To reserve a booking, clients can choose between providing a credit card or mailing a check for your trip deposit:

Trip Deposit via Credit Card
Clients may provide a credit card number at time of booking. Please note that your credit card will not be charged at that time. Clients can pay by credit card, check or cash on the day of the charter.

Trip Deposit via Check
Clients may send a 50% deposit check at time of booking. Please send check made payable to Geoff Bennett to:

Cancellation Policy — If trip is cancelled by client 7 days before or prior, deposit is refunded. If less than 7 days until charter, deposit is returned if space can be filled otherwise client is charged 50% of charter booked. If within 24 hours of the charter or failure to arrive at the scheduled charter, client is charged 100% of charter booked.

Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the captain. Deposits will be refunded if weather cancels trip.
